Grottofilms is looking for an unpaid producing assistant to work on
the post-production, festival life, sales and distribution of their
feature film, Full Grown Men. (With Alan Cumming, Amy Sedaris, Debbie
Harry....) This is an oppportunity for someone with film/video
experience to become an essential part of the making of a truly special
film and immerse themselves in the industry while living in San
Francisco. We're looking for serious candidates who hold the promise
and desire to advance with us and our company. Candidates must be
whip-smart, phone savvy, film knowledgeable, have follow-through, and
be trusthworthy as hell. Excell, Mac familiarity and general technical
skills required. Also required is the ability to be humble and
opinionated at the same time (i.e, get us coffee AND give good feedback
on edits and scripts without skipping a beat). Hours are negotiable (min 20/wk)
but this is a minimum six month commitment starting asap.
