Is it just me or has Livejournal been as slow as a turtle in the last week?

I've been having trouble accessing this site in a timely manner. I literally caught myself twiddling my thumbs waiting for this page to load. Not cool.

Is this because they're merging with Moveable Type?
Ugh. Let's hope this doesn't mean annoying glitches to come.
