So long story short, I'm adopting my dog Sophie back from one of my friends who adopted her when my ex wasn't interested in keeping her anymore. My friend who currently has Sophie wants me to take her back since his soon-to-be-fiance really isn't into being a dog owner. Plus I've been dreaming of getting Sophie back ever since I let her go!

But with that new responsibility I'm HOPING I can take over his apartment in Inner Sunset where I've been spending almost all my time. He's wanting to move out and live with his girlfriend, and I want it so I can best take care of Sophie without having to move her to a new place.

The only thing is we have to pass all this by his landlord. I really need him to say yes I can move in, without him raising the rent. Currently I live on the cheap because I'm in a tiny place in the Mission. If I take his place (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE) then my rent is a lot higher ($350 more a month) but with skimping and extra freelance work I can manage just fine. However, if the landlord decides now is his chance to raise the rent, I'm screwed.

I'm so nervous that he's going to say no, or raise the rent, that I haven't been able to sleep in days and I'm currently a nervous wreck.

So I'm asking all of you who read this, if around 7:15-7:30pm (Pacific Time) you could send me GOOD VIBES and pray to the Big Man or the Little Woman or the Jelly Donut you worship, to make it possible for me move in to the new place without a rent hike involved, that would be splendid.

Thanks!
